What To Eat When (Perishability-wise)

WHEN TO EAT WHAT IN YOUR BASKET

HELPFUL MEAL PLANNING TIPS

Not all produce ripens at the same rate.  To help you enjoy everything in your basket at its best, and to prevent wasting any produce, here is a list of the fastest to slowest spoilers.  Plan / try to eat the more perishable produce early on in the week, and the less perishable items later.  The timing suggestions are for ready-to-eat produce, so allow extra days for ripening if necessary (like in the case of green bananas or avocados).
